Updating Personal Information / Change of Address
Please log in to UltiPro and update your address as necessary. Tax withholdings are not automatically changed when updating your address, so please also complete the appropriate forms in UltiPro. Please note that sending your recruiter an updated resume is not sufficient notification of your new address.
Updating Skills & Qualifications
If you have recently been sworn into a bar or obtained new skills and experiences that may qualify you for certain assignments, please notify your recruiter.
Conflict of Interest Forms & Resumes
Conflict forms are designed for the law firm or corporation to easily assess the actual and potential conflict of interests that would occur by a candidate working on a particular legal matter. As a document reviewer, it is your responsibility to keep a record of all individuals, companies and organizations for whom you have performed legal work, regardless of whether you or your employer was named counsel. Conflict forms vary, but a typical form will ask for the following information about former clients: client name, adverse party, your employer at the time (and staffing agency if applicable), a description of the matter, your role in the matter, the dates you worked on the matter and if the matter is completed. Here is a basic guide for you to keep track of your projects and a sample resume.
